OUR PROCESS

From Your Vision to a Finished Space

Our design process is collaborative, transparent and carefully structured. From the first conversation to final handover, we guide you through every stage while keeping your requirements, budget and timeline at the centre of the project.

01

Consultation &
Discovery

We begin by understanding your lifestyle, functional requirements, design preferences, budget and expected timeline. This initial conversation helps us define the direction and scope of your project.
02

Site Visit & Assessment

Our team visits the site to study its dimensions, existing conditions, natural light, circulation and technical requirements. Accurate measurements and observations create a reliable foundation for the design.
03

Space Planning &
Concept

We develop layout options that improve functionality, movement and space utilisation. A design concept is then created to establish the overall style, colour palette, materials and visual character.
04

Design Development

Once the concept is approved, we refine the design through detailed drawings, material selections, furniture planning, lighting concepts and visual references. This gives you a clear understanding of the proposed interior before execution begins.
05

Budgeting & Final Approval

The project scope, selected materials and execution requirements are reviewed to prepare a detailed estimate. Necessary adjustments are made before the final design.
06

Execution & Coordination

Our team coordinates the on-site work, vendors, materials and installation process. Regular supervision and quality checks help ensure that the approved design is executed accurately.
07

Styling & Quality Inspection

As execution reaches completion, we review the finishes, fittings and functional details. Final styling and quality inspections bring the complete space together.
08

Final
Handover

After the final review and completion of agreed work, the finished space is handed over—ready for you to experience and enjoy.
